Your First Visit: What to Expect

Welcome to our practice! We’re excited to have you as a new patient and want to ensure your first visit is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We do things a little differently here, focusing on personalized care from the very start.

Here’s what you can expect during your first visit:

  • Prompt Attention: We value your time. Our goal is to begin your consultation within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment.
  • Personalized Consultation with a Doctor: Unlike a typical doctor’s office, you’ll meet directly with Dr. Dan or Dr. Mike. They will personally review your health history and discuss your health concerns with you, ensuring a thorough understanding of your individual needs. They will also personally perform your chiropractic examination.
  • Comprehensive Examination: Your first visit is all about understanding your current health and determining how we can best help you. Dr. Dan or Dr. Mike will perform a chiropractic-focused examination, including painless orthopedic, functional, and neurological tests. These tests may involve simple discussions, hands-on assessments, and, if necessary, X-rays. If pain is your primary concern, medical orthopedic and neurological tests will be prioritized. Our aim is to pinpoint the root cause of your problem and develop a plan to help you return to normal function without the use of medications, injections, or surgery.
  • Completing Your Paperwork: To make your check-in process faster, please complete your new patient forms online using the link provided in your appointment confirmation email or text message. If you’re unable to complete them beforehand, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill them out at the office.
  • Time Commitment: Please plan to be at our office for approximately 30-40 minutes for your first visit. The length of your appointment may vary depending on the complexity of your case and the number of questions you have for our doctors. In some cases, we may even begin your first treatment on this initial visit.

What Happens Next?

Your second visit will be scheduled within a few days of your initial consultation. During this follow-up, we’ll review your first visit findings, discuss your case in more detail, and begin your personalized treatment plan, carefully monitoring your body’s response.
